The purpose of this course to focus on the oral-systemic linkage. Participants will view clinical slides of various oral conditions that relate to systemic conditions or diseases. The inter-relationship of oral health and total health will be discussed as it relates to everyday dental hygiene practice. Case Studies in Dental Hygiene ~ 1.5 hours of CE
The purpose of this course is to link dental hygiene knowledge, dental hygiene care and evidenced based client centered treatment. The diversity of cases with clinical slides and /or radiographic images will stimulate discussion for today’s practitioners. Heightened knowledge of evidence based treatment will be the focus of each clinical case.
